Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or updating your account.

Notify EstateOneer immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches related to your account.

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or assigned to others without prior consent.

If you suspect your account is compromised, please contact EstateOneer support without delay.

EstateOneer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Service Description

EstateOneer provides tailored legal assistance and resources for real estate agents, including contract reviews, compliance advice, and dispute resolution support within Singapore’s legal framework.

We may modify or discontinue services at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance.

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unexpected issues.

User Conduct Rules

Users must adhere to the following rules to ensure a professional and lawful environment:

• Use the platform only for its intended purpose related to real estate legal assistance.
• Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes others' rights.
• Respect other users and avoid harassment or abusive behavior.
• Comply with Singapore laws and regulations governing real estate and data protection.
• Avoid actions that may disrupt or degrade the platform’s operation.
• Do not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the site or service.
• Report any violations or security concerns promptly to EstateOneer.

User Content

Any content you submit or share via EstateOneer’s platform is your responsibility.

You retain ownership of your content but grant EstateOneer a license to use it for service provision and improvement.

The license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable for operational purposes.

You must ensure your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

EstateOneer reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content violating policies or upon legal request.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in EstateOneer's platform, content, and materials are owned or licensed by EstateOneer. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Do not copy, modify, or distribute EstateOneer’s content without permission.
• Do not use EstateOneer’s activity or logos without authorization.
• Respect all copyright and related notices within the platform.

Paid Services

EstateOneer offers optional paid services for advanced legal support tailored to real estate agents.

Pricing details for paid services are clearly stated and subject to change with prior notice.

Payments must be made via supported methods and cleared before service delivery.

Subscription services continue until cancelled by the user in accordance with terms.

Refunds may be provided at EstateOneer’s discretion based on service circumstances.

Users may cancel paid services following the procedures outlined in their agreement.

Applicable taxes on paid services are the responsibility of the user.

Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of paid services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EstateOneer services are provided 'as is' without explicit or implied warranties. We do not ensure perfect accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

EstateOneer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

Third-Party Services

Links or integrations with third-party services are provided for convenience; EstateOneer does not endorse or guarantee their services.

Termination

EstateOneer may terminate or suspend your access for violations or legal reasons with immediate effect.

Upon termination, access to paid services ends, and outstanding fees remain payable.

Privacy

EstateOneer respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with Singapore’s PDPA.

Communications

By using EstateOneer, you consent to receive electronic communications related to services and updates.

Changes to Terms

EstateOneer may update these Terms periodically; changes take effect when posted. Continued use implies acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation or Singapore courts if necessary.
